Brief Introduction of Ball Mill:
Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding after the

different ways of discharging, Ball Mill can be divided into two
types: grid type and overflow type.
The ball mill is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging materials, and a grinding head. The cylinder is a long cylinder with a grinding body inside the cylinder. The cylinder is made of steel plate, and the steel liner is fixed to the cylinder. Generally, it is a steel ball, which is packed into the cylinder according to different diameters and a certain proportion. The grinding body can also be steel. Choose according to the particle size of the grinding material. The material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft at the feed end of the ball mill. When the cylinder of the ball mill rotates, the grinding body is attached to the cylinder liner due to inertia, centrifugal force and friction. Carried away by the cylinder, when brought to a certain height, it will be thrown down due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body will crush the material in the cylinder like a projectile.

Ball Mill Working Priciple:
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer
gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through
the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner
and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The
centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel
balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials into
fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials
are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding
process is finished.
Main Features of Ball Mill are:
(1) The main bearing adopts large-diameter double-row spherical
roller bearings instead of the original sliding bearings, reducing
friction and energy consumption, and the mill is easy to start.
(2) The end cap structure of ordinary mills is retained, with large
diameter inlet and outlet ports, and large processing capacity.
(3) The feeder is divided into two types: combined feeder and drum
feeder, with simple structure and separate installation.
(4) There is no inertial impact, the equipment runs smoothly, and
the maintenance time of the mill is reduced and the efficiency is
improved.
