Introduction:

Working Principle
GZ series Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder is mainly composed with
material tank, electromagnetic vibration exciter, damper spring and
control box, the features are showing as below:
1. Material Tank
Tank has been welding by wear-resistance steel plate, with high
strength and rigidity, mainly used for conveying.
2. Electromagnetic Vibration Exciter
Exciter mainly composed with electromagnet (Iron core and coil),
armature and the main vibration spring between each. Exciter is the
vibration source, which can adjust the strength of vibration force
by control device.
3. Damper Spring
Damper spring is steel make spiral spring, with high reliability
and stability.
4. Control Box
Mainly used for adjusting the discretion of the rectifier voltage
to realize the control for vibration force.
