Description of the square ceramic tube
We make use of our technical ceramic materials to make ceramic
tubes and ceramic rods by extrusion, dry pressing, hot pressing,
and ISO pressing. These ceramic tubes and ceramic rods are widely
used in temperature measurement equipment for the oil and gas
industry primarily, additionally, other industrial heating
applications. They are also used in some specialist aerospace
applications.
Our ceramic rods and tubes are made from different grades of
alumina, zirconia, steatite, mullite, all of which have good
insulating properties and thermal conductivity, also they are
resistant to chemistry.
We have been producing many selections of extruded standard tubes
and rods in sizes from 0.5mm to 50m outside diameter, so we could
manufacturer large diameter ceramic tubes via ISO pressed which the
largest diameter up to 800mm.
With our own in-house comprehensive types of manufacturing
equipment, we have capable of reach various toughest applications
via high precision processing, including lapping, polishing,
grinding and CNC machining.
