I bought pink Himalayan salt not knowing how large the pieces were, and they're not crushable in any manner. So I ofund this great little grinder which makes fast work of grinding the salt. Simply add the grains into the body, twist on cap and grind away. It gives a fine grind that is not adjustable, but as I'm only using it for salt, not spices or pepper corns, this works for me. Plus twisting it is easy on my hands & wrist important for me with arthritis. Buy with confidence. ---- Mich
