I LOVE these little things for Homemade Starbucks Egg White Bites! Google recipes! Tons online! You WILL need a Sous Vide! I read that you need to only use your fingertops to tighten the lids or the glass could break. I did that and had no leaks or breakage! I sprayed them with Pam prior to filling them. ----By Susan
