1 Feeding unit
1) Continuous or skip feeding is available
2) Lead edge feeder with roller(Mechnical feeding or servo feeding for opiton)
3) Feeding wheel are wearable and with long service life
4) Flap structure installed on one the side of baffle
5) Vacuum air flow and pressure can be adjusted to matched
different size of cardboard
6) Vacuum sheet cleaner with two rows of dedust brush remove the
dust from printing suraface of the cardboard.
2 Printing unit

3 Slotting unit
1) Single shaft with two slotting knives,carton height adjusted by
inner gear instructure to avoid lubricate oil staining on cardboard

2)Slotting holder can move along linear guides driven by lead screw
for more flexible and pecise movement.
3) 9CrSi or SKD slotting knife for option
4) Glue tab cutting knife with spring,cut 5 ply and 7 ply cardboard
without adjustment, very convenient.
5) Pre-creaser and creaser minimize score cracking and promote
better folding accuracy
6) Slotting holder are cast steel avoid the slotting knife damaged
when running
7) Hand hold-puching dies for option.
4 Die cutting uint
1) Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(50mm)
2) Anvil trimming device keep surface of anvil cover flat and
smooth.Anvil drum speed can be controlled to keep carton and die
cutting plate indentical
3) Anvil cover has Maxdura,Depak and CUE for option
4) Independent motor drives compensates speed of anvil drum at
range of +/-3mm when printing of normal carton is performed
5) Can install 4 more knives for slotting(optional)
5 Folding and gluing unit
Gluing part
1) Glue spray system with automatic trace by optical eye
2) Save glue,no glue leak, easy to maintain.
Folding part
1) The cardboard conveyed by upper and down belt
3) The press wheel at cardboard feeding section drives by spring, the gap between the press wheel and down folding plate can be adjusted by position limit.
4) The back section convey by vaccum suction, the bottom folding belt speed is higher than vaccum suction belt to avoid the scissor mouth.
5) There are rectification wheel at the both sides to make the carton folded precisely
6) The folding plate horizontal move adjusted by electric control
Counting and output unit
1) Photoelectric switch counts precisely
2) Two servos adopted to realise the precise counting and output
3) Strong air pressure to prevent the carton wrapping when output, air outlet can adjusted
4) Back baffle can be adjusted by electric controll
6 Bundling unit
1) Connected with gluer , collect and convey the carton smoothly
