Cold room insulation panel:use 100%polyurethane insulation panel,density about 38~46kg/m3,with gasket,with flame retardant,panel thickness:100mm~200mm, standard width of panel is 960mm.

Polyurethane insulation board design for cold room, the main steel structure to facilitate construction. Portable sliding doors, and out of cold storage more convenient, easy to operate.

- Cold Storage Room panels insulated with polyurethane foam at a density of 38-45 kg/m³.
- Cold Room Panels can be assembled in any size or shape by means of interlock cam system that ensures a very rigid construction and enables dismantling the store to change the size of the entire store room or to facilitate the transportation to other sites.
- Panels are provided with a plastic rim all around. Rubber gaskets ensure air-tightness at all times and perfect thermal insulation. This also means low running costs and no exterior condensation of the panels.
- Exterior and interior are made of galvanized pre-painted anti-fungus and anti-bacteria.(Painting steel will be better) .

CUSTOMIZED YOUR COLD ROOM

1.What is the application of the cold room?
It will affect the temperature needed to reach, and the choice of thickness of panel and material covered on panel.The thickness about panels can be 75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,180mm and 200mm. Surface material can be PPGI, 304 stainless steel and embossed aluminum steel.

2.What is the size of the cold room? And what compressor unit you use?
It will affect the choice of condensing unit. Usually we use different compressor brands base on clients request.

3.Which country will the cold room located in? What is the ambient temperature in summer? What is the voltage?
It will affect how long will it take to produce condensing unit, as 380v is the common type, for 220v and 110V need to be customized.
