III. The Function Configuration
A paper feeding unit ( mechanical four-axis front edge paper feeding mode , the rear paper tray is fully electrically adjusted )
1) the main control panel is controlled by touch screen and control
buttons, which is convenient and reliable.
2) the start of the host is controlled by two buttons to ensure the
safety of the operator and the host.
3) continuous or alternate sheet feeding (with counter) (can be
selected or sheet feeding as required).
4) paper feed count setting, display production quantity.
5) the position of the left and right baffle is controlled by
mechanical and electric.
6) the front bezel adjusts the gap manually.
7) leading edge paper feeding 7.5KW fan, Guangdong fan, air suction
auxiliary paper feeding. The variable frequency air volume can be
adjusted according to different cardboard bending to ensure smooth
paper feeding.
8) dust removal device, brush and fan to remove paper dust on
cardboard surface
9) the outer diameter of the upper roller of the paper feed is
156mm, seamless thick-walled steel pipe, and the outer layer is

3 ink transfer anilox roller

prolonged.

7. printing phase fixing device

C die-cutting department
1. operating function
1) the template roller and the Uli rubber roller are automatically
disengaged by the cylinder eccentric device without die cutting.
Reduce the no-load load of the machine, and at the same time extend
the life of the urethane and die.
2) planetary gear type structure, the same as the printing
department, grinding and cutting group plus an auxiliary motor,
frequency conversion control, front and back synchronization, high
die cutting force, which will not affect printing results.
3) the die cutting phase is adjusted by electric digital 360 ° (can
be adjusted during running and stopping).
4) the machine is equipped with a urethane smoothing device, which
can be used after repeated correction of the rubber roller.
2. knife mold stick
the outer diameter of the lower stick is 432mm. The hole distance

3. rubber pad roller (upper roller)
