Vibrating Sieve Machine Description
The vibration sieve uses a vertical vibration motor drive, when the
vertical vibration motor of the centrifugal force generated by high
speed rotation shaft and eccentric block get vibration force,
vibration generated by the eccentric block urged the screen being
thrown up by leaps and bounds to make linear or vortex movement, so
as to achieve the purpose of the screening and grading the
supplies, commonly used in pipeline automation work, Material
screening mesh number up to 500 mesh, the screen can be layered.
The vibrating Screen is composed of ultrasonic power,transducer and sympathetic vibration ring. Transducers change the high frequency current which supplied by the ultrasonic power into sinusoidal vertical wave of oscillation (ultrasonic wave), these ultrasonic wave reached the sympathetic vibration ring generate resonance, then evenly transferred to the screen surface.Sieve materials while doing the low-frequency vibration, superimposed on the ultrasonic vibration, it can not only avoid the mesh plug, but also can improve product capacity and quality greatly.
