Steering roller Description

1,Roller length selection: Different widths of goods should be selected to fit the width of the roller, in general, "conveyance +50mm" is used. 　

2,Wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller: according to the weight of the conveyed goods are equally distributed to the contact rollers, calculate the required weight of each roller, so as to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.

3,Roller material and surface treatment: According to the different conveying environment, determine the material and surface treatment (carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel, blackened or covered with rubber) used by the roller.

4,Select the installation method of roller: According to the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, select the installation method of roller: spring press-in type, inner tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type, etc. 　For the tapered roller of the bender, the width and taper of its roller surface depends on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
