Selecting the Pole Piece Material

The pole piece or return path should be selected carefully. Considering stainless steel, or if the material is prone to oxidation,

consider Nickel plating. If you are using other low carbon steel, or specialized steels such as Vanadium Permendur, Hiperco 50 or equivalent,

Nickel coating is recommended.

Highlights:

1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:

(1). During the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.

(2). after plated, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.

2. Non-magnetism protective package:

(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized

(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order

(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box

(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box

(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection

(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
