to some problems, we will give you an introduction:
1, the machine is necessary to outstanding grounding, wire must not
be less than 4mm2 copper soft wire.The cold push elbow machine is
not allowed to access the power supply voltage beyond the specified
scale, can not plug plug plug, can not use megohm test control
circuit, otherwise it may damage the equipment.
2. When the plug plug is inserted, the wind pipe elbow machine
shall not pull the wires or cables to prevent the welding from
pulling out.
3. Add smooth oil to the chain and other sliding parts regularly.
4, the machine should be kept clean, especially should pay
attention to the clamping block, slider and other sliding groove
should not have foreign bodies.
5, close to the switch, encoder, etc. can not be hit by hard
objects.
6. Sharp objects shall not be used to bump the development unit.
7. It is necessary to place the electrical box in a ventilated
place to prevent working in dust and corrosive gas.
8. Do not install or replace PC input and output terminal without
permission.
9, it is necessary to switch machine power from scratch to
recognize the motor steering.
10. Mold adjustment: mold device. Mold and clamping block are
required to be in the middle.The booster block is in the middle of
the mold, and the booster block is adjustable;Center the core head
and the mold, loosen the bolt of the core head frame, adjust it to
the middle and then tighten the bolt.
11. It is necessary to disconnect the power supply during cleaning
and maintenance.
12. Preparation before starting: check whether the oil level of the
oil tank is to the oil level line, add oil at each smooth point of
the cold-push elbow machine, acknowledge the motor turning when
starting, check whether there is abnormal sound of the oil pump,
and check whether there is oil leakage appearance of the hydraulic
system after starting (the view encoder is not allowed to add oil);
13. Pressure adjustment: adjust the pressure with the
electromagnetic overflow valve, and ensure that the system pressure
reaches the required operating pressure, usually no higher than
12.5mpa.
