I. before work:
1.For "shift records".

4.Check whether the pressure regulating valve on the oil pressure return circuit is in the state of no load.
5.Verify that what is written on the work instruction sheet matches what is written on the work item.
6.Install the mold and adjust the clearance.A. furnish first half of the lower die, furnish the support of upper die, c. b. adjust the Angle of upper and lower die is moderate, d. installed under the other half of the mould, e. test of upper and lower die and the turntable Angle deviation, f. installed master cylinder pushing rod, g. check whether the plunger, the first and second trip is moderate, h. on the feeding mode, i. under test mode and the main cylinder pushing rod and feeding mode is in the line.
7.After the above parts are confirmed to be normal, the work can
start.
Ii. Work:
1.It is strictly prohibited to use the machine tool slide block slide table to maintain lubrication.
2.Materials must be lubricated.
3.When forming, the position of the weld shall be on the side of the bending part.
4.Work attention to concentrate, pay close attention to command signals, to cooperate with each other, coordination.
5.It is forbidden to place tools and other sundries in the extrusion range. Hands and feet should pay attention to safety.
6.When the die blocks the blank, stop the machine first, and then release it with the tool.
7.If any abnormal condition is found in the equipment or mold, it shall stop the machine immediately to check the reason and repair in time.
8.When the operator leaves the machine, stop the machine and turn
off the oil pump motor.
Three, after work: 1.All operation control switches must be put in
the "stop" state to cut off the power supply.2.Carry out daily
maintenance.3.Fill in the "handover record" and do the handover
work well.
