I. Overview.

Impeller Feeder is specially designed as bulk material discharge device under dust-moving equipment, silo, storage bin, hopper etc. The main function of powder rotary valve is to control discharge bulk solids from silo, mixer, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum

II. Working principle and structural characteristics

The star type ash unloading valve is rotated in the cylindrical casing by the rotor with several blades. The materials falling from the upper hopper are filled in the space between the blades and discharged with the rotation of the blades. The valve can be made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, titanium steel and other materials. The flange port can be square or circular and other structural forms to meet the different needs of users.
