I. Summarize of Rotary Airlock Feeder
YJD series Rotary Airlock Feeder, also known as electric ash unloading valve, it consists of three parts: motor ,BWD reducer and rotating dragon type unloader.
Features of Rotary Airlock Feeders are below:
a. The Rotary Airlock Feeder is low noise and smooth operation ;
b. The Rotary Airlock Feeder has air locking function and high processing precision. Rotary Airlock Feeder can be used as the quantitative feeder of powder in crushing and
classification systems, and as the unloader of separation, dust
collection and other systems.
c. Because the bearing and the tooth shell are at a distance from the
box, the high temperature lubrication has been greatly improved.
II. Working principle of Rotary Airlock Feeder
When working, the impeller is driven by the reducer motor through the coupling, the material in the upper part of the shell is brought to the lower part evenly, then the material is conveyed away by the next machine.Rotary Airlock Feeder is suitable for powder materials and granular materials, widely used in environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical and other industrial sectors.
