The shaftless screw conveyer is driven by the motor to run the
cycloidal reducer, and the screw rotates by the drive of the
mechanical seal shaft and the connecting disk on the shaftless
screw body, and when the material is discharged to the inlet at the
top of the U-shaped trough, the material is discharged by the
outlet at the bottom of the U-shaped trough through the screw
drive.
Shaftless screw conveyor is mainly composed of drive device, head
assembly, housing, shaftless screw body, trough liner, inlet,
outlet, cover (if needed), base, etc.
Drive device: Adopt cycloid wheel reducer or shaft-mounted hardened
gear reducer, and design the drive device at the outlet end as far
as possible, so that the spiral body is in a state of tension
during operation.
The head is assembled with thrust bearing, which can bear the axial
force generated when conveying materials.
Housing: The housing is U type or O type, and the material is
stainless steel or carbon steel.
Tank liner: material is high molecular polyethylene wear-resistant
liner
Inlet and outlet: There are two kinds of inlet and outlet: square
and round, and the general inlet and outlet forms are decided by
users.

2. Flexible transportation, multiple loading and unloading points
can be set up according to requirements.
3. The conveying capacity is large, and the material is pushed and
conveyed by the weight of the material itself, which greatly
reduces the power consumption.

effects of mixing, stirring and cooling.
5. High tightness to reduce dust.
6. Fixed or mobile screw conveyors can be set up according to
requirements, increasing the working mode can be optional.
III. Applictaion of Shaftless Screw Conveyer
Shaftless screw conveyers can convey materials that traditional shaft screw conveyers and belt conveyers cannot or are difficult to convey, such as semi-fluid and viscous materials,easy to wind and easy to block Materials,wet and pasty materials, mainly used in environmental protection,chemical industry, papermaking and other industries to transport materials with strong adhesion, paste-like viscous materials (such as waste paper pulp, chemical raw materials, malt, sludge, etc.) and easily entangled materials (such as domestic garbage)
