YDLR series bitumen melting machine, with self heating system, which consists of melting tank, diesel oil burner and electrical apparatus control system. The asphalt melting tank is divided into two chambers. The upper one is melting chamber for bag bitumen, the heating coil heats asphalt block directly and cut them into small pieces. The lower chamber keeps up heating to bitumen to reach the temperature of suction pump(100 degree), then the bitumen pump pumps the bitumen into bitumen storage tank, if increasing the heating time, you can get higher temperature.

Bag bitumen melter components

The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system, diesel burner, exhaust flue heating system, thermal oil heating system, bitumen pump, pipe system and electric control system.

Working principle

This equipment is specially designed for the melting and heating of 1 ton bag asphalt. The shape is square tank. The top of the equipment is equipped with a electric hoist. The bag asphalt is lifted by the hoist to the feeding port at the top of the equipment. The bottom bag is cut by knives, then the asphalt block in the bag will be taken out and dropped into the equipment through the feeding port to be heated. There are 5 feeding ports, each port will be with one movable lid for insulation and rain proof.

Features

1. Bag lifting

Lift the bag by hoist, cut the bag bottom by knives, drop asphalt block into the melter. No asphalt dripping, no asphalt pollution.

2. Double heating

Double heating including thermal oil coils system and exhaust flue system, when diesel oil burn in the combustion chamber, the thermal oil will be heated by the flame in the jacket layer and then passed through the coils to heat the asphalt. At the same time, the hot exhaust also heat the asphalt through the multi row flue. Heating speed faster, flue consumption cheaper.

3. Temperature control

The diesel oil burner start or shut is automatically controlled by two temperature together, say asphalt temperature and thermal oil temperature, when the temperature reaches the upper limit, the burner will be stopped. Otherwise, it will be started.

4. Asphalt inner circulation

It has an internal circulation function of asphalt, that is, one end of asphalt is pumped from the other end to promote the circulation and to accelerate the melting speed.
