Horizontal bitumen storage tank with double heating are widely used for holding different kinds of bitumen in the road construction and maintenance. Bitumen storage tank components

Mainly include tank body(including insulation layer), diesel burner, built-in combustion chamber (including thermal oil jacket layer), multirow flue and thermal oil coil, asphalt pump, thermal oil circulation pump, thermal oil expansion tank, asphalt temperature control system, thermal oil temperature control system, liquid level meter, pipeline and asphalt pump heat tracing system, asphalt entrance and exit, climbing ladder, switch box and discharge manger.

Working principle

Heating source from self diesel oil burner, with two heating system together inside the tank, say hot exhaust flue system and thermal oil coils system.

Heating speed faster, diesel oil consumption cost lower.
