Single Girder Gantry Crane presentation

Single Girder Gantry Crane is mainly composed of gantry, crane crab, and trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system.
The gantry is of a box-shape structure. The crab adopts vertical reaction wheel when 2,the lifting load is below 20t, and horizontal reaction wheel when above 20t to run at the girder side.

Construction features

1. Metal part

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam.

The main beam and lower beam are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.

The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange plate of the main beam.

For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20 bolts to become one.

Wire rope lifting, single speed, with traveling trolley and reducer, drum and motor, include overload limiter switch
