Wolfram Needle Pole Electrode description
Tungsten Wolfram Needle Pole Electrode is a tungsten product that
is made of a pure tungsten or tungsten alloy electrode material and
is sharpened at one end.
Grinding range: tungsten diameter 0.5mm-6.0mm
Sharpening angle: 10° - 90°
Length range:5~330mm
Usage: for tungsten grade argon arc welding, electron probe
components, cathode discharge needle, iodine tungsten lamp, bromine
tungsten lamp, automotive H series, halogen tube, etc.
Variety: straight, pointed, round, flat
1. discharge material:pure tungsten and cerlum-tungsten.
2. Can supply 99.95% and 99.98% pure tungsten
3. suply shapes as needle, rod, disc, bar and electrode etc
4. The Cerlum-tungsten electrode is a tungsten electrode product
which is prepared by adding powdered metallurgy and calendering and
polishing process to the tungsten base. It is the earliest
non-radioactive tungsten electrode product produced in China. The
product is characterized by low current conditions. Excellent
arcing performance, small arc current. Therefore, it is often used
for the welding of pipes, stainless steel products and small
precision parts. Under low current DC conditions or electrode
diameters below 2.0 mm, Cerlum tungsten electrodes are the
preferred alternative to tantalum tungsten electrodes.
Tungsten Wolfram Needle Pole Electrode with a melting point of up
to 3420ºC, has excellent high-temperature strength and good
corrosion resistance to molten alkali metals and vapors. Its own
high thermal stability ensures that it can still work normally in
high temperature environment.
Tungsten has the advantages of high melting point, high strength
and hardness, high temperature performance, low resistivity, small
expansion coefficient, small electronic power and so on. It is a
widely used high temperature resistant metal material.
