Inconel 625 welding wire
Inconel 625 / UNS N06625 / DIN W. Nr. 2.4856
Inconel 625 corresponding wire ERNiCrMo-3 AWS A5.14
Used for welding 625 (N06625) alloy and 20 alloy, 825, 25-6Mo, 9%
Ni steel or other molybdenum-containing steel, etc. It can also be
used for welding and welding of materials on the surface of
dissimilar materials. High temperature and ultra-low temperature
mechanical properties, resistance to strong corrosion, stress
corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice in a wide range of
oxidation and reduction media.
Alloy 625 shows excellent corrosion resistance in many media. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion in chloride media

This Inconel 625 alloy has the following characteristics:
1.Excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in
oxidizing and reducing environment
2.Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and will
not cause stress corrosion cracking due to chloride
3. Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric
acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and mixed
acids of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
4.Excellent resistance to various inorganic acid mixed solutions
5. When the temperature reaches 40 ℃, it can show good corrosion
resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution.
6.Good processability and weldability, no cracking sensitivity
after welding
7. Manufacturing certification of pressure vessels with wall
temperature of -196 ~ 450 ℃
8. Certified by the American Society of Corrosion Engineers NACE
standard (MR-01-75) to meet the highest standard level VII for use
in acid gas environments
Weldability of Inconel625 alloy:
1.Inconel625 alloy, the high content of Cr and Mo provides the
alloy with better resistance to pitting and fission corrosion, even
at high temperatures, still has anti-corrosion characteristics;
2.Inconel625 alloy, the content of Cr is as high as 22.2%, which
improves the strength of the alloy. A certain amount of Mo also
improves the creep strength of the alloy. At the same time, a small
amount of Al and Ti reduces the age hardening effect of the alloy
to a lower level. To improve the weldability of the alloy;
3.Inconel 625 alloy, due to the presence of a certain amount of S
and P, the segregation coefficients of S and P are the largest
among various elements. At the same time, S and P can also form a
variety of low-melting compounds or eutectics in the steel, and,
Because Ni is an element that strongly stabilizes the γ phase, it
reduces the solubility of S, increases the possibility of
low-melting eutectic formation, and is conducive to the formation
of thermal cracks;
4.Inconel 625 alloy has a relatively large linear expansion
coefficient, but its thermal conductivity is small, which causes
the alloy to be heated and cooled unevenly, so that the plastic
strain occurring between the crystals at the high temperature stage
is also larger. The larger the plastic strain, the easier it is to
crack. ;
5.Inconel 625 alloy is a nickel-based alloy with a small
solid-liquid temperature interval and a fast solidification rate,
which can easily cause oxygen or water vapor in the liquid molten
pool to overflow in time to form pores;
