BS pulverizer machine is widely applied in industries, such as medicine, chemical and food, etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.

Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national “GMP” standard.

This machine is a high speed running one. The target material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed knifes, which the figure and size of knifes can be selected in accordance with different material and the size of granules can be acquired by screen changing or speed-regulating.

If it is a large machine or many machines, we will take the container, we will split the machine into several parts, then wrap the machine with wrapping film, and then fix it in the container with wire rope to prevent them from shaking during transportation.
