One machine can produce differenct C/Z Purlins throught
automatically stepless adjustment, when producing different
profiles, no need to change forming rollers. In the process,
machine adopt automactic control model, it can make auto pumch,
cut, forming based on inputting length of purlin, holes distance,
quantity, etc.
One side fixed, the other side adjustable,Manual or motorized servo
positioning of moveable head,Designed for efficient production of
various panel widths,It is quick and easy to operate the machine,
high production efficiency, forming speed up to 20m/min.
This machine can produce C , Z, U three profiles, through the
exchange side of the roller up and down position to achieve C , Z,
U purlin conversion, just need less than one minute to achieve.

Components and Technical Specificatons
(1) Manual decoiler It is used to support the steel coil and make the coil run to rotatory to realized the material sending. The decolier will be rotatory with the main roll forming machine. The capacity of this decoiler is 4000kg, the decoiler can support 508mm inner bore.
(2) Main roll forming machine The main roll forming machine is the most importent process for producting roof sheet .Our rollers adopt 45# steel ,the rollers will be polishing after lathe.Then need to electroplate so make the rollers more lustre and smooth.
(3) Feeding table Put People can put the raw material through the feeding table then go inside the roller to manufactuer and process.the feeding table can guarantee the material run in line and protect it from scratch.
(4) Hydraulic cutting system and cutting moulding
The hydraulic station power is 4kw ,hydraulic oil is 46# , cutting
moulding is Cr12.
(5) Control computer box The The computer can make the machine working as your target pieces and length. All data can be adjusted by digit of it. The transducer of the computer can adjust the product speed and also can keep the caccuracy less than 1mm.
(6) Out table This part be welded by angle steel bar and square tube,it have the function of transport or support the products .It can collect products after finished working.
(7) Machine package and loading Main roll forming machine will be nude, the electric part or spare parts will be cover by film or be package by wood box,Common the machine need loading 20 GP or 40 GP container according to its volume.
