Stainless End Mill is a universal milling cutter used for stainless
steel with a hardness of HRC55 or HRC60.
An end mill is a type of milling cutter, a cutting tool used in
industrial milling applications. It is distinguished from the drill
bit in its application, geometry, and manufacture. While a drill
bit can only cut in the axial direction, a milling bit can
generally cut in all directions, though some cannot cut axially.
2 flute square end mill is used in milling applications such as
profile milling, tracer milling, face milling, and plunging.
Several broad categories of end- and face-milling tools exist, such
as center-cutting versus non-center-cutting (whether the mill can
take plunging cuts); and categorization by number of flutes; by
helix angle; by material; and by coating material. Each category
may be further divided by specific application and special
geometry.

D320 centering chamfer cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 4100mpa, grain size: 0.8μm. There are two categories for aluminum and steel respectively. The centering chamfer cutter for steel is coated by imported coating equipment (black / Bronze), especially suitable for aluminum, copper, ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all D320 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
