provides rigidity and increased performance when doing short,
precise cuts. Recommended for small parts and/or difficult to
machine materials. Miniature End Mills are used in the aerospace,
medical, optical & electronics industries. The 2 Flute design
has better chip removal, while the 4 flute design provides a finer
finish and longer tool life. Available in straight and ball end.
Specifications:
Deep Groove V550 adopts high-quality high-quality ultra-fine grain tungsten steel material at home and abroad, with bending strength of 4300mpa and grain size of 0.4 μm, including micro diameter milling cutter special for steel or aluminum, coating or no coating. The coating adopts AlTiN or TiSiN imported from Switzerland. Micro diameter milling cutters are all made of high-precision five axis grinding machines, such as ROLLOMATIC of Switzerland and MICRO of Germany, to ensure the accuracy of the cutters. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all deep groove V550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
