Finishing End Mill, Roughing End Mill
Over-Center End Mill is welded with carbide flutes and suitable for
side milling and the groove milling. The flutes of front end are
over-center to feeding forward and direct-milling on the parallel
surface. Finishing End Mill is welded with carbide flutes and
suitable for side milling and groove machining for finishing
surface not for drilling. Roughing End Mill is welded with carbide
flutes and suitable for heaving milling with good chip release,
excellent cutting ability and high metal cutting rate. Counterbore
End Mill is welded with carbide flutes, which the counterbore head
should be drilled firstly and then select the suitable Counterbore
End Mill by the counterbore head to mill the counterbore. Indexable
Milling & Drilling Cutter is for rapid- feed roughing milling
/drilling of grooves.
Specifications
B600 corrugated roughing milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 3900mpa, grain size: 0.8 μm. There are two categories for aluminum and steel respectively. The roughing milling cutters for steel are coated by imported coating equipment (black / Bronze). The cutter adopts special process design (coarse, medium and fine teeth), especially suitable for aluminum, copper, ordinary medium or low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing, to achieve large margin, fast forward, improve the processing efficiency. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all B600 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
