Corner Radius
This type of tooling breaks up a sharp corner with a radius form.
This rounding helps distribute cutting forces more evenly across
the corner, helping to prevent wear or chipping while prolonging
functional tool life. A tool with larger radii can also be referred
to as “bull nose.”
Specifications
E650 Blue / Black nano milling cutter series (< HRC65 °) adopt imported high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material with bending strength of 4500mpa and grain size of 0.2μm, with high-performance composite coating imported from Switzerland. E650 milling cutters is designed with special angle, especially suitable for heat treatment die steel, high-speed, high hardness material processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E650 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
