High Speed Steel Corner Radius End Mill / Solid 6mm 10mm Milling Cutter
Specifications
When available, a tool with a radius ground from the factory is
recommended over taking a square cutting tool and replacing the end
grind with radius ground via a tool and cutter grinder.
Blending the two grinding operations often leaves a slight flat or
imperfect junction of the radius, which affects the cutting action
and possibly leaves a line on the part produced.
If the tool is coated, grinding the finished tool will also remove
the coating.
E650 Blue / Black nano milling cutter series (< HRC65 °) adopt imported high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material with bending strength of 4500mpa and grain size of 0.2μm, with high-performance composite coating imported from Switzerland. E650 milling cutters is designed with special angle, especially suitable for heat treatment die steel, high-speed, high hardness material processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E650 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
