APPLICATIONS:
High stock removal rates at high speeds and feeds, excellent finish
quality and extended tool life are the major benefits of these
ranges.
Can be used in a wide range of applications, with excellent results
achieved in the aerospace, automotive and die and mould industries.
Effective in high-speed machining, conventional milling and MQL
applications.
Designed for customers machining a large amount of aluminium
products as significantly reduces machining time in aluminium
cutting.
Specifications:
A380TC high gloss aluminum milling cutter series adopt domestic
high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength:
4100mpa, grain size: 0.6 μm, not easy to break the edge. A new
special aluminum milling cutter with color coating is introduced,
which increases the wear resistance of the cutter. The unique
groove design and the polishing treatment of the front cutting edge
and groove are adopted to increase the cutting performance. It is
especially suitable for efficient and high gloss machining of
aluminum alloy (6 and 7 series aluminum) materials. With high
precision quality control, and full inspection, all A380TC series
end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
