Roll Off Stop Dock Leveler Description:

• Roll-off stop hydraulic dock leveler is designed and built to provide all the benefits of the common dock leveler with the additional benefit of providing a 120mm stop safety barrier. The barrier created by the roll-off stop lip prevents fork lift roll-off from the loading dock, whenever the dock leveler is in the parked position. Convenient push-button activation and proven hydraulic technology increases the efficiency and safety of the loading and unloading process. The hydraulic roll-off stop lip dock leveler feature provides maximized safety for vacant dock situations when no truck and trailer is in position.

Noted: Usually the power dock ramp width is 1800mm or 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/3000mm. But we can make 5m extreme length power dock ramp.Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. 20mm thickness milling-groove plate.
• 2. Heavay duty deck construction. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform
• 3. Anti-skid diamonds steel on the top surface of deck.
• 4. 520mm width one -piece lip in hinges type or sleeve type with safety barrier height 120mm than flat deck.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders
• 6. First class hydraulic power unit, good seal capacity and long life
• 7.250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.
