Description:

• Hydraulic dock lift function is another loading bridge like scissor lift table platform, which is a fixed loading equipment . Also it is widely used in work shop,logistic centre,big logistic warehouse...ect. It is as a bridge between working platform and the truck. It make the goods to move conveniently . One side of this dock equipment as the same height as the platform, and the other side connecting with the truck or other height customer need .It can be adjusted height with hydraulic electric system.Its size and loading ability can be designed according to customer's requirements. It will be more efficiently working for warehouse loading/unloading.

Noted: Usually scissor table lift width is 2000mm, If width over 2000mm, we will design splicing type to you. it also can be custom as your requirements!

Main Features:

• 1. Strong scissor arm ensure the machine can bear load capacity as customer requirements.
• 2. Heavay duty deck construction design ensure the platform not be out of shape.
• 3. Anti-skid high-strength chequered platform steel sheet with differen thickness which design as different load capacity as customer requirements, and for lip for optional, need or not.
• 4. Full width one -piece lip in hinges type or sleeve type.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure hydraulic cylinders supporting different weight that bear on the scissor platform
• 6. First class hydraulic power unit / power pack ,whatever Made In China or Imported , they all have good seal capacity and long life

Configurations:

• Electric system: Schneider contactor, CHINT electrical components
• Hydraulic System: Hycman brand power pack or other brand Made In China , if indeed need ,also can requirements use imported brand power pack / power unit.
• Scissor Arm Support: Hi-strength Manganese steel or rectangle tube Q345 B
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate
• Main Support: 10# I beam
• Deck of the platform steel thickness:6mm /8mm/10mm checkered plate( If indeed need lip.also can be extra it.)
• High-pressure oil hose: Double wire mesh in the rubber hose.

Optional Configuration:

• Hydraulic Power Pack: China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements.
• Device to protect user feet for option
• Over load buzzer for option
