My Partner(The Tech Director) and I had worked together for 4 years at a previous carbon arrow manufacturer. We launched our company, Consistent Arrows in June, 2017. At our previous employer, we gained experience supplying arrows to pro shops, distributors, and hunting groups. Today we have grown to (2)carbon fiber products production lines, (5)CNC Machine Centers, and (2)CNC lathes in our own factory.
