E289 digital food thermometer is an universal temperature measuring device aims to maximize the flexibility of temperature reading. It has a 180° swinging head which enables users to view and place the product under most of the situations. Users can hear "click" sounds when they tilt the head of thermometer that can be a unique use experience.

Usage Instruction

1). Temperature measuring and button function:
a. Clean or disinfect the probe, then press the ”ON/OFF” key to turn on the unit, LCD will display the current environmental temperature.
b. Insert the probe into beverage or food to get the temperature reading after the LCD display is stable. Clean or disinfect the probe after temperature measuring.
c. Press the ”ON/OFF“ key to turn off the unit after operation. The unit will be powered off automatically if there is no operation in 15 minutes.
d. Press °C/°F button to select the temperature unit °C/°F, the default display unit is °F.

2). Battery replacement:
The user needs to replace the battery when LCD display becomes dim. To replace the battery, following the instruction on top lid to open the top lid, then install a new LR44 battery according to the polarity sign.
