Starch Sieve Instructions
The MFSC and MBSC twin sieves are used as final inspection (safety) sieves before flour is sent to flour storage or packing machines to ensure removal of bran particles or particles larger than flour particles.

Advantages of starch sifter
1. Enclosed mild steel box cabinet for great flexibility of flow due to additional outer (4) channels.
2. Machine can be supplied with a range of sieve stacks from 8-12 frames.
3. Simple design allows easy maintenance.
4. Alum (aluminium) style sieve inner frames, mesh cloth glued with frame fast and activator.
5. Outer sieves coated inside and outside with plastic melamine lamination and supplied with stainless steel trays.
6. Plan sifter doors made of fiberglass with a bright and smooth finish, with insulation to prevent condensation.
7. Supplied with outlets for discharge, including inlet and outlet socks and black plastic caps.
8. Easy and quick changing of sifting scheme if necessary.
There are four steps to making starch
1.Cleaning:To remove the stone sand and from the raw material ,and peel it.
2.Crushing :To destroys the fiber structure and makes the starch particles free.
3.Separator:To removing sand ,mud from starch slurry, degreasing, microslag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of all kinds of starch and modified starch emulsion.
4.Drying and Packing:To dehydrator the wet starch, sifter and packaged.
