Hydrate de-sanding cyclone is mainly used for de-sanding and de-sliming of starch pulp, cassava pulp and potato pulp after crushing. Widely used in corn starch processing, tapioca starch and tapioca flour processing, wheat starch processing, sago processing, potato starch processing.

Main technical parameters

There are four steps to making starch

1. Cleaning: remove stone sand and raw materials.

2. Crushing: Destroying the fiber structure and freeing starch granules.

3. Separator: used for sand removal, desliming, degreasing, micro-slag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of various starch and modified starch emulsions in starch slurry.

4. Dry packing: dehydrate the wet starch, sieve and pack.
