LY-412CCD Automatic Rigid Box Manufacturing Machine combines the technology of visual positioning system, automatic edge mounting, high-speed rigid box forming. The LY-412CCD has three independent modules, which can be flexibly disassembled and assembled to meet different product demands.

Adopt the technology of two industrial cameras with 5 megapixels, and YAMAHA robot arm to position, high positioning accuracy (±0.1mm).

High-speed and efficient forming, speed up to 25-35pcs / min.

Deep folding, max turn-in depth is up to 100mm.

Combine independent man-machine control system, less time consuming on machine adjustment, fast transfer version.
