Automatic Aseptic Tank System
Work as the buffer tank and storage tank for the aseptic material after UHT treatment, using for the difference of the capacity between “up-stream” equipment and “down-stream” equipment (such as: down-stream equipment = filling machine, up-stream equipment =UHT)
This equipment can be customized according to the requirement of customer, normally the capacity is as 5000L, 8000L, 10000L, 12000L or 15000L.
It’s usually applied in milk or milk drinking or any other liquids.
Advantages of aseptic tank
- Because the aseptic time of aseptic tank is longer than the production time, not only the product quality of continuous production is ensured, but re-heating of products caused due to production stop or packaging line overload is avoided.
- The standby time of UHT is lowered, so as to reduce the loss of raw materials and energy caused by filling faults, ensure continuous production, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
- The aseptic tank ensures that the subsequent production can be carried out even when CIP is carried out.
- It can meet the requirements for the changes in the filling flow, ensuring the stability of filling volume with stable filling pressure.
