Introduction
The Combustible Gas Burning Rate Test Apparatus is developed according to the requirements of UL 9540A and the
standard of ISO 871 Appendix C. The burning rate of combustible gas
in the vertical glass tube and the relevant auxiliary parameters
are recorded by the camera to measure the burning rate of
combustible gas.
The Combustible Gas Burning Rate Test Apparatus is mainly composed
of combustion tube, ignition system, camera system, gas supply
system and waste gas treatment system
Technical specifications
1. Combustion tube: made of quartz glass, with inner diameter of
40mm and length of 1.2m;
2. Ignition system: the ignition system is installed at the bottom
of the combustion tube, and the ignition electrode is made of
tungsten with a diameter of 1mm, inserted at both sides of the
bottom, with a spacing of 6.4mm;
3. Camera system: high-speed industrial camera system is used to
record the flame spread process, and special flame graphic analysis
software is used to calculate the flame height;
4. Air supply system: The air supply system consists of an air
receiver, a vacuum pump, and a pressure gauge. It is equipped with
a mixing container and a magnetic stirrer to make the test sample
gas evenly mixed;
5. Exhaust gas treatment system: the tail end of the combustion
pipe is connected with the expansion container and the gas washer;
6 Control and detection system: computer system virtual instrument
test platform, manual and automatic control modes.
