Introduction
1.Applicable standards: GB/T4074.5-2008,IEC60851-5:2004

3.It meets GB/T6109-2008 standard requirements
4.It is used to detect the breakdown voltage performance of
enamelled round and enamelled flat wires with nominal diameter of
0.018 mm and above at room temperature.
5.The Breakdown Voltage Test Apparatus has three kinds of boost speeds of 20 V/S,100V/S,500V/S and the
error of boost speed is ±10%.
6.The following test methods can be carried out : round rod method
:0.100 mm diameter and below enamelled round wire; twisting method
:0.100 mm diameter bove 2.500 and below enamelled round wire, steel
ball method: winding flat wire and diameter above 2.500 mm round
wire; also can be used for voltage test of electrical products and
instruments
7.Clamping a group of (5) specimens to complete breakdown or
withstand voltage tests of any specimen, one by one or separately,
according to the selected tests.
8.If it's matched with the AIRDS-50 thermal voltage tester ,it can
carry out thermal breakdown voltage test.
9.Led automatically displays the test results and returns
automatically
10.When the sample breaks down, the displayed value of the
breakdown voltage is automatically locked and does not jump, and
remains displayed for 5 seconds, so that the test results are clear
and identifiable
11.This breakdown voltage is provided with round bar method, twist
test fixture and round bar test weight.
12. This bBreakdown Voltage Test Apparatus is equipped with steel ball test device (steel ball user
self-made).
13.Test box door has safety interlocking device, safety measures
comply with the relevant regulations of high pressure test
equipment
