Full Face Mask Flame Resistance Tester is suitable for testing the combustion resistance of self-contained open-circuit compressed air respirator (air respirator) in EN136 standard. The combustion performance of air respirator can be tested by means of 6-point burning or single-point burning flame impact.The flame retardancy tester is mainly used to test the flame retardancy of the comprehensive protective mask after six different parts of the flame ignited at the same time for a certain time. It is a special testing instrument for the flame retardancy of the comprehensive protective mask.

2. The tester is equipped with K-type thermocouple, which is placed
at 250mm on the top of the highest burner and can detect the
temperature of 950 + 50 degrees.

itself.
4. The gas flow rate supplied to the burner can be adjusted and
controlled by a rotor flowmeter.
5. The pressure regulating device can adjust the pressure supplied
to the burner to 10-50KPA.
6. Metal texture simulation head can be rotated, and the rotation
speed can be adjusted to meet the standard test requirements.
7. Single-point combustion and six-point combustion can be
realized, and can be tested according to different standards.
