Product Description

Evaporative cooling converts hot air into a cool breeze using the process of evaporating water similar to how you feel when you step out of a swimming pool on a breezy day. In a standard greenhouse cooling system, exhaust fans pull hot air out of the greenhouse creating negative pressure inside the greenhouse. Fresh outside air is drawn through wetted pads and is cooled. This system is also referred to as a negative pressure cooling system. Evaporative cooling is environmentally-friendly and costs about 70% less to operate than conventional air conditioning systems.

A fan and pad cooling system consists of a continuous row of cellulose pads along one wall of the greenhouse. Water is distributed along the tops of the pads. Exhaust fans at the opposite side of the greenhouse evacuate hot air. As replacement air is drawn through the pads, the outside air is cooled by evaporation by as much as 20 degrees in non humid climates.

Exhaust fan is featured by low noise, electricity saving, large air flow, easy installation, which is an ideal choice for sunstroke prevention and ventilation in occasions such as various warehouses, offices, flower greenhouses & poultry houses. The product is used to transport non-flammable, low-corrosive gases with the temperature no higher than 500℃, relative humidity no greater than 80% and the quantity of dust and solid impurities 150mg/m³.

Cooling Pad, also called wet pad, made of hydrophil kraft paper, is mainly used for the cooling system, humidification system and filter system. The process includes gluing, drying, corrugating, shaping, solidifying, cutting and polishing. Common specifications are 7090, 7060 and 5090 with 45 * 45 angle. Special sizes or dimensions need made or required individually. Water Evaporative Cooling Pad is widely used for greenhouse,industrial workshop...etc, having good effect on ventilation normally equipped with exhaust fan.
