ZP29 ZP31 ZP35D high speed rotary tablet press machine

This high speed rotary tablet press machine is double press, continuously press and rotate automatically, mainly used to compress powder or granules into round tablet, irregular shape of tablet, double color tablet with logo, and the diameter can be up to 25mm, production capacity would be around 150,000/hour.

It is usually used for scale production of tablet in pharmaceutical industry, and also for compress tablets in industry of chemicals, food and electronics.

NOTE: it just needs to replace special parts and mount the extra powder dedusting device for compressing double color tablet, which would decrease cost and increase profit for manufacturer.

Features:

1. The outside of machine is enclosed by stainless steel cover, working surface inside is made of stainless steel materials, which can keep surface luster and prevent from being inter crossed pollution, complying with GMP requirement;
2. Equipped with plexiglass perspective window to observe press statue, which could be fully opened for easy clean and maintain;
3. The controller and components are well arranged.
4. Frequency speed changing to control electrical component, which make sure convenient operation, smooth revolving, and safe accurate running.
5. Equipped with over-load protection apparatus, which will stop the machine automatically, when there is pressure overloads,
6. Equipped with touching screen to control running and operation.
7. Semi-automatically lubricating equipment and plexiglass anti-dust cover is assembled on the upper of revolving table;
8. Transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine which is a separate component; no pollution and easy to send out heat and resist grinding;
9. Powder-absorbing device is used to absorb the powder inside the compressing room;
10. Easily-damaging components such as upper orbit, material-adding feeder, hopper, transmitting worm, powder measure have general structures of ZP33 tablet press machine, which make sure all spare part would be standard, general and serialized.
11. The moulds of ZP29/31/35D is universal with ZP19, ZP33, ZP35 and ZP37 rotary tablet press machine.
