★ The hanger production process:

1. The hanger begin as a big coils of metal wire rod which diameter 6.5mm and 5 tone to 8tone per piece.

With our wire rod drawing machine, it is stretched until it thins down to the diameter /gauge that we need.

For the standard dry cleaning hangers, it is almost only one-third to one-half of its original diameter.

2. Hanger forming process ,thanks to our stable hanger forming machines, each of our hangers has the

same shape and length.

3. Next , We spray every hanger with environmentally friendly paint,Because of the proper spacing

between each hanger, the finished products of our hangers are rarely stuck together and each part of

the hanger is sprayed well.

4. The hanger baking process, our oven has circulating air system, the temperature inside the oven is

the same everywhere . In this way, there are no places where our hangers are too hot or too cold to

cause product problems.

5. The package,according to the needs of different customers, the hangers can be packed into 500 or

600 pcs per box.

★ RFQ:

The production capacity :

-----------we have 16 sets hanger machine ,3 sets spraying booth and 2 oven . we could produce 400

boxes(500pcs/box) a day.

The delivery time:

-----------we have our production schedule, based on our production capacity , we could manufacture

2000 boxes in 7 days. Before we sign the contract, we will inform our customer our production schedule,

so we could confirm the delivery time.

The hanger quality:

----------- We have 4 skilled technicians responsible for the production of hangers. Thanks to our

stable hanger mechanical operation, our hangers are the same size and have sufficient support.

Regarding the surface treatment of hangers, during the spraying process, there is a proper spacing

between the hangers, so that our hangers rarely stick together or spray unevenly.

The hanger price :

------------- The hanger diameter is bigger, the price is higher. Same diameter/gauge ,the white color

hanger is more expensive than the blue color hanger,because the wire pigment price is higher than

blue color, besides, 20 kgs white powder could be used for 40 boxes hanger production, 20kgs

blue powder could be used for 55 boxes hanger production.

The hanger package :

-----------Normally we pack the hanger 500 pcs per box, we also do the customized package,

for example 10 pcs a pack , then 50 pack per box. For the galvanized wire hanger, we will add

a plastic film in to box to protect the hanger.
