• The hanger begin as a big coils of metal wire rod which diameter 6.5mm and 5 tone to 8tone

per piece. With our wire rod drawing machine, it is stretched until it thins down to the diameter /gauge

that we need. For the standard dry cleaning hangers, it is almost only one-third to one-half of

its original diameter.

• Hanger forming process ,thanks to our stable hanger forming machines, each of our hangers

has the same shape and length.
