● After equipping with our intelligent controller CWBC-1, CKWB can be closing/opening by remote operation.
● With excellent function, including overcurrent protection, instantaneous overcurrent protection, low current earthing protection, lose-voltage protection, reclosing function, acceleration after reclosing and inrush current prevention.
● According to the project requirement, the breakers on different sections can be equipped with our intelligent controllers and set the reclosing by 0~3 times, then it can be the smart power distribution automation system for automatic protection of power distribution.
● Perfect protection function
It not only has overcurrent protection, but also has zero sequence overcurrent protection which can distinguish the fault is in the inside or outside region.
● Flexible operation
CKWB can store energy and closing/opening by electromotor or manual. It can also operate by close range or remote distance.
● Excellent breaking capacity
Its spring operating mechanism uses direct driving with straight-moving chain and release system with multilevel, so it can move with reliable action. What is more, it has good breaking capacity which can break 20kA short-circuit current and its breaking times not less than 30 times.
● Good external insulating performance
Thanks to the unique incoming/ outgoing cable structure with silicon rubber bushing, the insulated distance between bushings is good enough and can make CKWB work safely and reliably. Even in the accident, the internal fault won’t cause any leakage of high temperature gas or splash.
● Multiple mounting mode
It can be mounted on the crossarm or mounted on the pole directly.
● Working safely
At the top of the enclosure there is an explosion proof device, it won’t cause any leakage of high temperature gas or splash even if in the accident or internal fault.
● Communication function
The upper side of the operating mechanism is equipped with aerial socket which connects with intelligent control. It makes CKWB has the functions of remote control, remote signaling, remote metering, and remote regulating.
