PVC Additives Toughen agent Chlorinated Polyethylene 135A Imact Modifier For PVC Pipe
Property:
Product performance:
It is white powder and innocuous. Since hydrogen atoms are replaced
by chlorine atoms, the crystallization of HDPE was destroyed and
becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence
of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and has the same
polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the
compatibility of PVC. In addition, it can blend with PE, PS and
rubber to improve its physical properties.
Use:
CPE has two series of thermoplastic resin and elastomer rubber. The thermoplastic CPE resin can be used alone or for blending with polyvingl-chloride(PVC)polyethylene (PE) polypropyrene(PP) polystyrene(PS) ABS or polyurethane(PU) etc. The elastomer CPE rubber shows both the elasticity of rubber and the resistance to oilchemicalheatcold and flame etc. Of plastics. The CPE as a special rubber with high performance can be used alone for rubber industry or for blending with EPDMLIRNBR or CSM etc.
Features:
1) Good anti-aging property and excellent weatherability. It could
be used under harsh climate and environment. And it is fully
resistant to ozone.
2) Good anti-combustion, no self ignition.
3) Good low temperature flexibility. It could remain flexible under
–20. It may be used as impact modifier in UPVC product.
4) Excellent endurances to chemicals. It is inert to many chemical
reagents and corrosion resistant to various acids and alkalis.
5) Good processing ability. It is easy to be shaped.
6) Extremely safe for operation. CPE is harmless to human body and
the environment.
7) Excellent stability.
Storage:
Should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent
moisture, exposure, storage and transportation to avoid
contamination, storage period is one year, after which they passed
the test can still be used.
