The equipment structure

7. Pull ingest drive unit, using servo motor control main drive roller, drive cloth, smooth operation, pressure precision adjustable;
8. Folding molding unit: the use of adjustable triangular plate, height, angle adjustable, to ensure that the mask is neutral to fold.
9. Forming welding unit: the use of ultrasonic welding, welding solid, clear pattern, welding system pressure adjustable, welding system has cooling device, ultrasonic welding system technical parameters adjustable;
10. Forming cutting unit: rolling knife wheel: knife pad wheel. Pressure adjustable, material: high-speed steel.
11. Waste separation unit, automatic scrap frame;
12. Control system: the device contains PLC control system, touch screen operating system.
