LT-603 is a new solvent-free silicone softener, which is mainly used in the finishing of chemical fiber, cotton, viscose and their blends, with good softness and fluffiness. It can give cotton, denim, linen, polyester, polyester/cotton fabrics super soft hand feel and style

• Solubility: can be dispersed in water at any proportion

• High concentration, the same dosage can reach 80% silicone oil effect
• Impart excellent fluffy, soft handfeel
• Good wrinkle resistance and drapability, durable washability
• Good stability, low yellowing, has no effect on the shade of fabric

• Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

• Dipping:

Dosage:2~5% (o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Storage & Packing

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum,special packing can be customized
