Brief introduction

Exercise Book Machine AFPS-1020, is a fully automatic stapled exercise book prouduction line. It is a highly sophisticated solution for the fabrication of staple pin exercise books, drawing books, etc.

The basic configuration of the machine includes: reel unwinding unit, reel paper flexo printing unit, cross cutting unit, sheet counting and collating unit, cover page inserting unit, wire stitching unit, folding unit , spine pressing unit, face trimming unit, side trimming unit and end product collecting unit.

Main features

Stable performance, long life usage. Well reel paper decurling, quick braking. Accurate colors printing and overprinting. High speed rotary sheeter. Transmission shaft controlls stitching heads. Book back squaring for both thinker and thicker book. Strong and sharp blades do smooth cutting.
