120 Pcs/Min Face Mask Maker Machine Servo Motor Ultrasonic Welding

Machine description

The machine is designed to the produce of the flat masks. After being fed into the machine, the entire roll of cloth is unrolled through roller driver and then the edge of the cloth is welded. Then, the nose wire coil is unpacked, cut, automatically folded, and welded. After being cut and formed, the masks are conveyed to ear-loop welding post to be welded. The finished masks are conveyed through conveyor belt for collection.

2. The machine is fully automatic. Its production process includes material feeding, nose wire inserting, edge welding, and product cutting.
